The Biography

Vincent has spearheaded the professionalization of the real estate industry in Uganda and contributed extensively to landmark legislation, including the Mortgage Act (2009) and the Landlord-Tenant Act (2018/2022). He chairs the Governing Council of the Real Estate Institute of East Africa (REIEA), strengthening capacity building and regional collaboration across borders.

Alongside his governance roles, Vincent has a strong practitioner track record. As Director of the Rwenzori Tourism Academy, he has advanced industry-relevant training and forged partnerships with leading universities and international hospitality institutions.

He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Housing Finance Bank (HFB), representing the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and as a Non-Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Uganda, where he sits on the International Strategic Advisory Council of Habitat International.
